Pops of Gold & a Giveaway

I can't believe it's been 2 years now since I first started blogging.  So much has changed since my first post.  The way I take photos, my style choices, even how I write.  Even though I still tend to type exactly the way I talk!  I started this blog as an outlet to show off my love of fashion.  But in the last 2 years I have learned so much more about fashion and style.  The quote from Yves Saint Laurent "Fashions fade, style is eternal" is very true and my style is changing and growing with me.  I've learned to ignore most of the "trendy" fashions and stick to classic pieces that will stay with me for awhile.  Granted I still grab the occasion "it" item, but only if it works with me, not because it's considered "in".

So thank you to everyone whose been following me in my love of fashion and other random posts.  I've met a other bloggers with similar styles, bloggers who inspire me and bloggers who are make me think outside of the box.

I can't wait to see where this journey continues to take me!
