Friday Favorites

2. It is no secret that I love bracelets.  I love my arm candy.  Adding multiple bracelets together can really add to your outfit.  For me I love how it gives my outfits either a simple elegant look, or just adds a little edge to what I'm wearing.  Some of my favorite/go-to places to buy my bracelets (and all my jewelry) are: Premier Designs, Chloe & Isabel, Charming Charlies, Lenny & Eva and Whispering Prayer.

3.  If I'm not baking then you can almost always find me with my nose in a book.  This week I read a witty book that had me chuckling almost through the whole book.  I love when the story is told in the 1st person and they have a sarcastic sense of humor.  So if you're looking for a fun weekend read check out "Wrong Number, Right Guy" by Elle Casey (link here)

4. Now when I'm not reading there's a good chance you can smell what I'm cooking up in the kitchen.  I love this time of year.  Cooking warm, comfort foods for dinner and baking tons of sweets for all the upcoming holidays and events.  My husband came home this week and asked if I'd bake some cupcakes for his works' fundraising bake sale.  I love how these super cute Halloween cupcakes turned out and since they each needed to be individually wrapped, I placed each cupcake into a small plastic cup, placed it in a goodie bag and added a fork when I tied it off.  Much to my kids dismay I wouldn't let them have one of these!  But I did promise to bake something sweet for them this weekend, I'll probably make some Halloween candy!

That's all my favorites for this week.  I plan to spend the weekend relaxing with my family and re-organizing my closet.  Time to move all the summer clothes to the back and make room for all my Fall/Winter essentials!  I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend!
